Acceptable Use Policy

This policy covers files you upload to Transcribe Audio and how you use the transcripts.

Do not

• Upload recordings you do not have the right to use, or recordings made unlawfully, including calls or conversations recorded without the consent the law requires.
• Upload content that sexually exploits minors, or use the Service to plan or promote violence, harassment or other illegal activity.
• Use transcripts to infringe copyright, defame people or invade their privacy.
• Try to get around credit limits, create accounts in bulk, abuse free credits or overload the Service with automated requests.
• Probe, scan or attack the Service or other users' accounts.

Enforcement

We may refuse a file, stop a transcription, restrict access or suspend an account when we believe this policy has been broken. Credits obtained through abuse may be revoked.
