How minutes are counted
- One minute of audio uses one minute from your balance, rounded up per file: an 8:01 recording uses 9 minutes.
- When your balance covers a file, the whole file is transcribed straight away. When it does not, you get a free preview of the first half, up to 10 minutes, and unlocking it within 24 hours uses the whole file’s minutes.
- New accounts get 30 free minutes. Packs are added on top of what you have left.
- If a file turns out shorter than estimated, the difference goes back to your balance. Failed transcriptions are refunded in full.
