Refund Policy

1. Automatic credit refunds

• Failed transcriptions: if a transcription fails, every credit reserved for it is returned to your balance automatically.
• Shorter than estimated: if a file turns out shorter than the length used to reserve credits, the difference is returned when the transcript is ready.

2. Money refunds for credit packs

• Unused packs: you can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase if you have not used any credits from that pack.
• Partly used packs: within 14 days, you can request a refund for the unused share of the pack, calculated at the price you paid per credit.
• Quality problems: if a transcript is unusable for reasons on our side, contact us with the file name and date and we will restore the credits or refund them.

Refunds go back to the original payment method through the payment provider. Credits from a refunded pack are removed from your balance.

3. How to ask

Email support@transcribeaudio.co with your account email, order number or purchase date, and what went wrong. We aim to reply within two business days.

This policy does not limit any rights you have under consumer law where you live.
